Comic Restore provides AI-powered comic and image restoration services, including but not limited to:

  • Image upscaling and enhancement
  • Damage detection and restoration
  • Color correction and grading
  • Manga colorization (B&W to full color)
  • Line art enhancement and shading
  • Print-ready PDF export
  • Batch processing capabilities

The Service uses third-party AI models and APIs to process images. Processing times and results may vary based on image complexity and system load.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

Important: You must have the legal right to process any images you upload. We are not responsible for copyright violations resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

5.1 Pricing

Certain features of the Service require payment. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

5.2 Credits & Usage

Credits purchased are non-transferable and may expire according to the terms of your plan. Unused credits are not refundable unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we offer refunds for:

  • Technical failures that prevent service delivery
  • Duplicate charges
  • Requests made within 24 hours of purchase for unused credits

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMIC RESTORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruption
  • Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
